Role Overview : Support the end-to-end development, launch, and management of co-branded card products, including product proposition, partner coordination, go-to-market execution, and post-launch portfolio performance

- Support the end-to-end launch and management of co-branded credit card products.
- Develop product propositions covering product features, pricing, rewards, customer benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with co-brand partners and cross-functional teams across Product, Technology,



Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics.
- Prepare business requirements, customer journeys, launch plans, trackers, and product documentation.
- Support system testing, operational readiness, customer communications, and go-to-market execution.
- Monitor key portfolio metrics, including acquisition, activation, usage, spend, customer engagement, retention, and profitability.
- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking and recommend product or portfolio enhancements.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates.

Skills

- Hands-on experience in launching or managing at least one co-branded card product is mandatory.
- Robust understanding of card products, rewards, customer journeys, product economics, and portfolio-performance metrics.
- Experience working with co-brand partners and cross-functional internal teams.
- Strong skills in project management, analysis, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
