We’re hiring an AI-native Product Marketing & Sales Associate at Lastbyte.

Your primary job will be to market and sell our product.

Lastbyte is building worcflow.ai—AI agents that connect what a business knows across WhatsApp, email, and calls, remember key details, and help get work done.

What you’ll own

Working directly with the founders and product manager, you will:

- Find potential customers through research, cold calls, messages, events, and in-person meetings
- Run demos and own the customer pipeline—from the first conversation to closing and onboarding
- Create product videos, campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and sales material
- Test different messages and help develop our positioning
- Build relationships with customers and turn their feedback into action
- Help create our marketing and sales playbook from the ground up

You won’t inherit a finished process. You’ll help build it.

AI literacy is expected

AI agents will be part of your everyday work—not something you occasionally use to rewrite an email.

You’ll use AI to research customers, personalise outreach, analyse calls, create and edit videos, write content, build prototypes, automate repetitive work, and move faster.

When a product issue is stopping a customer, you’ll investigate it, reproduce it, and work with the product team to fix it. Where appropriate, you may use AI agents to create and submit the bug-fix pull request yourself.

You don’t need to be a programmer, designer, video editor,



or experienced salesperson. But you must be resourceful with AI—and able to show us something you have built yourself using it.

Who we’re looking for

You’re fresh out of college or have up to two years of experience. Your degree and technical background don’t matter. What matters is evidence that you take initiative and ownership.

Perhaps you raised sponsorships for a college festival, organised an event, led a student group, sold something you made, recruited a team, or convinced people to support an idea. What you did matters less than how you approached it.

The interview

We’ll talk about things you’ve actually done, the decisions you made, and the reasoning behind them. We may also open some AI tools and create something together.
