Product Manager – FinTech

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our fintech products. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, technology, operations, and design teams to build innovative financial solutions that improve customer experience and drive business growth.

The role requires strong product thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business and customer needs into scalable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers.
- Work closely with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new product opportunities.
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
- Identify process improvements and implement product enhancements.
- Stay updated with fintech trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the fintech, banking, NBFC, or financial services industry.




- Solid understanding of digital lending, payments, financial products, or fintech ecosystems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of APIs, product lifecycle management, and software development processes.
