Role Summary

Fastcurve is hiring Product Managers who operate at the intersection of HR, Workforce Operations, Product, and Customer Outcomes.

This is not a traditional backlog management or requirement gathering role.

You will work directly with HR leaders, business owners, operations teams, and employees to understand workforce challenges, improve HR processes, and drive adoption of digital HR systems.

You are not expected to write production code, but you are expected to confidently use AI-assisted tools to create workflows, specifications, prototypes, policies, process designs, and product improvements.

You will own the loop:

HR Problem → Product Solution → Generate → Validate → Deploy → Learn

What You Will Do

Customer Collaboration & HR Process Transformation

- Work directly with HR teams, business leaders, and operations stakeholders
- Understand hiring, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, performance, compliance, and employee engagement challenges
- Translate business and HR requirements into scalable product capabilities
- Drive customer adoption through process improvements and product enhancements
- Communicate business impact, ROI, operational efficiency gains, and change management requirements

Product Thinking & Solution Design

- Convert ambiguous HR and workforce problems into structured product requirements
- Design workflows covering employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, performance, compliance, and employee self-service
- Balance customer needs, implementation feasibility, compliance requirements, and execution speed
- Create AI-assisted prototypes, specifications, user journeys, and process flows

AI-Assisted Product Execution

- Use AI tools to generate requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, documentation, prototypes, reports,



and product concepts
- Validate AI-generated outputs before implementation
- Work closely with engineering, QA, design, and customer success teams
- Understand integrations with payroll systems, biometric devices, identity systems, communication platforms, and third-party HR tools
- Understand technical constraints without being the implementation owner

HR Domain Research & Product Innovation

- Stay current with HRTech, workforce management, payroll, compliance, and employee experience trends
- Study how organizations manage attendance, leave, hiring, onboarding, payroll, performance, and compliance
- Translate customer feedback and market insights into product improvements
- Convert product investments into measurable customer outcomes

Preferred Background

- 3-5 years in Product Management, HR Operations, HR Technology, HRMS, HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, ERP, or SaaS products
- Experience working directly with HR teams, business leaders, and operational stakeholders
- Strong process thinking and problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with HRMS modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Performance Management, Employee Self-Service, and Compliance
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and contemporary product development tools
- Ability to understand technical constraints without being a hands-on engineer
