Boon, a Gurgaon-based water technology startup, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. Boon is on a mission to revolutionize water access and usage through innovative solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product roadmap, bringing game-changing water technologies to market.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor landscape in the water technology space.
- Define the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on market demand, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to translate product vision into actionable plans.
- Develop detailed product specifications and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including prioritization, backlog management, and sprint planning (working knowledge of Agile methodologies a plus).
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and define success metrics for new features.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on product design.
- Own the product go-to-market strategy, including launch planning, messaging, and collateral development.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics (usage data,



customer feedback) to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest water technology advancements and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or B2B space.
- Proven track record of bringing products to market successfully.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with user research methodologies and user experience (UX) principles.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- A passion for water conservation and sustainable solutions.
- A plus: Understanding of engineering principles related to water technology (filtration, purification, etc.)
