Key Responsibilities:
A. Material Receipt & Inspection
Assist in receiving raw materials, consumables, and bought-out items.
Verify materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
Coordinate with Quality / Production for material inspection and acceptance.

B. Inventory Management
Maintain proper stock records in ERP / Excel / manual registers.
Ensure correct identification, tagging, and storage of materials.
Monitor minimum stock levels and inform seniors for replenishment.
Support periodic physical stock verification.

C. Material Issue & Control
Issue materials to production/fabrication as per authorized requisitions.




Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Control scrap, surplus, and rejected materials.

D. Stores Housekeeping & Safety
Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas.
Follow 5S practices in stores.
Ensure compliance with safety and material handling procedures.

E. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain inward, outward, and stock movement records.
Prepare daily / weekly stock status reports.
Support audits and internal inspections.
