Key Responsibilities:
Conduct induction and product training sessions for current telesales executives.
Develop training modules, scripts, objection-handling techniques, and sales pitch strategies.
Monitor live calls and recorded calls to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback.
Train team members on communication skills, sales techniques, and closing strategies.
Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.
Work closely with Team Leaders and Management to improve overall team performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and call quality parameters.
Maintain training reports and performance improvement records.
Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
