The Role

What You’ll Do
Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to support hiring needs
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Workday)
Assist with job postings, offer processes, and onboarding coordination
Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed

What You Bring
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support,



or administrative roles
Solid organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with ATS platforms (Workday or similar preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
