Retail Showroom Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Showroom Helper to support sales staff in daily showroom operations. The role involves assisting salespersons, maintaining showroom cleanliness and product displays, and ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist salespersons during customer interactions and billing processes
Arrange, replenish, and organize products on display
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom
Help customers by guiding them to products or sales staff
Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally
Support inventory handling, stock movement, and labeling
Pack products and assist with deliveries if required
Follow store policies and safety guidelines

Requirements & Skills
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (preferred)




Prior retail or showroom experience is an advantage
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and assist sales staff
Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle stock
Honest, punctual, and well-groomed

Working Hours
10am to 9.30pm
2 days leave in a month

Salary & Perks
10,000 per month - with 2 times food & free stay / accommodation

Or
15,000 per month lumsum including all.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
