Job Summary:
Pathfinder is hiring a proactive Marketing and Sales Executive whose primary responsibility will be to visit schools, interact with students, and promote the company’s courses/programs. The role requires robust communication skills and a passion for fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit schools regularly to promote Pathfinder’s programs and services
Interact with students and provide information about courses
Generate student leads and convert them into enrollments
Build and maintain relationships with school authorities
Conduct presentations, seminars, or small awareness sessions in schools
Meet daily/weekly visit and admission targets




Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate (preferred)
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in speaking with students and school staff
Basic understanding of sales is an advantage

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Kalyani, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
