Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Install, test, and ensure proper functionality of new medical devices.
Improve processes to optimize equipment use and production efficiency.
Identify and report unsafe operations to the Manager.
Establish and follow safety and environmental protocols.
Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities.
Perform maintenance tasks and deliver customer support.
Diagnose product issues and carry out necessary repairs.
Write explicit and accurate service reports post-diagnostics.
Respond promptly to service calls and execute necessary repairs.
Travel for in office service as required.
Investigate technical problems, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Complete tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, or Turner (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year or completed apprenticeship in a relevant field.
Strong hands-on skills in equipment Service, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Excellent analytical,



problem-solving, and diagnostic abilities
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
Physically fit and capable of handling fieldwork
Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule
