PROJECT MANAGER - OFFICE INTERIORS

Industry: Commercial Office Interiors / Fit-out

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end commercial office interior projects across India.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
5+ years in commercial office interior/fit-out projects
Experience working with International Project Consultants (ICP) – MANDATORY
Solid turnkey interior execution experience
MEP coordination experience
Positive knowledge of BOQ, costing, project schedules & budgets
Client, consultant, vendor & site coordination
Strong project planning, execution & problem-solving skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & MS Project
Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage projects from planning through handover
Coordinate with ICPs, clients, consultants and vendors
Manage site execution, MEP, procurement, quality and timelines
Monitor budgets, schedules and project documentation
Resolve project risks, delays and execution issues

KEY

Candidates must have relevant Commercial Office Interior/Fit-out experience and prior ICP coordination experience. Candidates from unrelated industries or without ICP exposure will NOT be considered.
