Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Intern to support day-to-day administrative operations in a manufacturing workplace. This role provides hands-on exposure to office management, coordination with plant teams, and basic documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital).
Support in handling vendor coordination and follow-ups.
Manage data entry tasks related to inventory, attendance, and admin logs.
Assist in arranging transport, accommodation, and facilities for staff/workers.
Support procurement team in raising requests and tracking orders.
Help in maintaining housekeeping, security, and facility management records.
Coordinate with different departments (HR, Production, Stores) for admin-related activities.
Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and basic documentation.

Requirements:




Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Positive organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing setup.
Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment.

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of office administration or facility management.
Familiarity with documentation and record-keeping practices.
Robust attention to detail.
