Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and senior staff.
Assist in diagnostic tests and analyse results.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Documentation & Records:
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and patient records.
Document nursing interventions and responses.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Hygiene & Safety:
Uphold infection control and health and safety standards.
Ensure cleanliness of patient areas and assist in maintaining a secure workplace.
