Academic Counsellor

Location
Panchkula, Haryana

Role Description:
As an Academic Counsellor you will be responsible for guiding prospective and students in making informed educational and career decisions. The role involves understanding student needs, recommending suitable programs we are offering.

You will be trained on offered programs, counselling skills, and Lead management systems. Mode of Counselling could be via the phone calls and in person.





Skills required:
Experience - 1 to 2 Years
Education: Graduate
Inherent ability to have engaging conversations
Excellent listening skills
Positive communication skills (English/Hindi) and interpersonal skills
Self-starter and ability to execute high-velocity closures
Ability to work in low supervision but high ownership setting
Genuine interest in helping people succeed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
