JOB DESCRIPTION Overview:

This role offers a unique prospect to collaborate with stakeholders across all lines of business and functions within JPMorgan Chase. The Office of Legal Obligations is a firmwide, global initiative that brings together the expertise of Legal, Lines of Business, Control Management, Compliance, Risk and other key control functions, to (i) document JPMC's Obligations arising from material laws, rules and regulatory requirements and (ii) connect the Obligations to policies, when applicable, as well as to procedures or other documentation that support compliance with those laws, rules and regulatory requirements.

Role Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Write and refine user stories, specify acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog.
Gather and analyze requirements, scope deliverables, and present data-driven solutions.




Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders to influence key business decisions and drive consensus on requirements.
Track and benchmark performance against established standards, providing timely updates on initiatives, risks, and issues.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including training materials, data lineage, and mapping guides.
Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and reuse opportunities, while maintaining a controls-based mindset.
Collaborate with the training manager to develop training guides and conduct training sessions for business functions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and understand requirements.
Exceptional presentation skills, with experience in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations.
