Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews.




Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company as a outstanding place to work.
Offer Management:
Negotiate job offers and salaries.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws.
Onboarding:
Work with HR to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Support recent employee orientation and integration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
