Job Title: Technical Recruiter (India IT Hiring)
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for India-based roles
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and closures
Ensure quick turnaround time and quality hiring
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in India IT recruitment
Solid understanding of IT technologies (Java,.NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Robust screening and evaluation capability

Valuable to Have:
Experience hiring for niche/critical tech roles
Exposure to contract and permanent hiring

Work Mode: Onsite (Hyderabad)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
