Key Responsibilities1. E-commerce Operations (Online)
Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
Process orders, returns, cancellations, and claims
Monitor seller dashboards for penalties, SLA breaches, and performance metrics
Update stock levels and pricing on marketplaces
Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and pickups
Warehouse Operations (Physical Handling)
Handle receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and documentation (invoice, shipping labels)
Maintain warehouse hygiene and storage standards
Manage courier handover and shipment tracking
Inventory Management & Reconciliation
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel
Conduct daily/weekly stock counts and resolve discrepancies
Align physical stock with marketplace and system stock
Track damaged, expired, and returned inventory
Process Control & Reporting
Follow SOPs for packing, dispatch, and returns
Prepare daily dispatch, stock, and operational reports
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements

Pay: ₹10,057.99 - ₹20,000.00 per month
