We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support marketing and sales operations, client coordination, documentation, and order management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Create Purchase Requests (PR) and generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) accurately.
Manage and submit bids/tenders on behalf of clients through government portals.
Track Purchase Orders (POs), maintain sales data in Excel, and ensure proper documentation and filing.
Handle daily activities such as:
Creation of Item Master
Sales Orders
Bill of Material (BOM)
Production Orders
Production Receipts
Delivery Notes
Quotations
Follow up with clients for payment collection, resolve payment-related concerns, and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate store dispatch activities and liaise with courier partners like Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL, and Criticalog to ensure on-time deliveries.




Track POs on Oppo / customer portals and create ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) on a regular basis.
File and maintain Customer Requirement Forms as per process.
Coordinate with customers for material dispatch and payment follow-ups.
Collect and maintain Customer Satisfaction Reports, monthly schedules, and ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers.

Skills & Requirements:
Solid knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
Experience in marketing operations, sales coordination, or backend support
Familiarity with government tender portals is an added advantage
Positive communication and follow-up skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience in manufacturing/industrial sector preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
