About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Public Relations Manager to manage media relations, PR campaigns, brand communication, and publicity activities for Biz Creation and its clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute PR and media strategies.
Build and maintain robust relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and industry professionals.
Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and PR content.
Coordinate interviews, press meetings, events, and media coverage.
Identify opportunities for brand publicity and positive media exposure.
Manage PR campaigns for clients across different industries.
Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR reports.
Support crisis communication and reputation management.
Coordinate with digital marketing, creative, and branding teams.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking activities.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in PR, Media Relations, or Corporate Communications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Strong media and journalist networking skills.
Good knowledge of press releases and media pitching.
Experience in PR agencies, advertising agencies, or marketing companies preferred.
Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Positive organizational and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
