Role Overview

The OMCR skilled is responsible for real-time monitoring, coordination, and control of field operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sites/equipment, quick fault response, and service continuity. The role acts as a central communication hub between field teams, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities Monitoring & Control
Monitor network/sites/equipment through monitoring systems (SCADA/NMS/BMS/Alarm panels).
Track alarms, outages, and performance parameters in real time.
Ensure uptime and availability targets are met.

Fault Management
Identify, log, and classify faults based on severity.
Raise trouble tickets and assign to field engineers/vendors.
Follow up until resolution and closure.
Escalate critical issues as per escalation matrix.

Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
