Production Planning & Execution:
Implementing line settings for recent orders.
Allocating tasks to operators to maintain efficiency and balance production flow.
Tracking production hourly/daily to meet targets.
Ensuring smooth production flow by managing WIP.
Quality Management:
Ensuring garments are produced according to specifications and quality standards.
Inspecting work to ensure mínimal Defects per Hundred Units (DHU) or low percentage of defects.
Taking corrective action on quality issues reported by quality checkers.
Personnel & Resource Management:
Training current operators and upgrading the skills of existing workers.
Engaging the team to achieve production targets.
Recommending workers for transfers or identifying the need for additional help.




Machine & Material Maintenance:
Ensuring machines are functioning properly and performing routine maintenance.
Coordinating with the cutting department to receive materials on time.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achieving Production Targets: Meeting daily/weekly output quotas.
Quality Levels: Minimizing re-work and maintaining low defect percentages (DHU).
Efficiency: Maximizing line efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
