Role Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can create user-focused designs for websites and digital products. The role requires a balance of design thinking, usability understanding, and practical execution.

Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
Design responsive layouts for web and mobile platforms
Develop transparent and consistent design systems and style guides
Conduct basic user research and analyze user behavior
Build user flows, personas, and information architecture
Perform usability testing and refine designs based on feedback
Ensure designs follow basic accessibility standards




Work closely with developers and other team members
Improve designs based on performance data and user insights

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
Understanding of prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Framer)
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
