Qualification: B.Tech/BE (Electrica/ Mechanical) with experience in Electrical sales and estimation
Experience: 5–10 years (contracting company experience preferred)
Location Bangalore
Manage monthly sales reporting, market company credentials, and generate recent inquiries/customers.
Follow up with consultants, PMCs, architects, and end users.
Lead the estimation team, delegate inquiries, provide training, and ensure cost accuracy.
Manage the full tender process, design-build system proposals, and site meetings.
Achieve sales targets and coordinate with the Branch Manager for quotes exceeding 100 Lakhs.
Liaise with the PCD team for submittal approvals and ensure cross-departmental coordination.
Evaluate manpower needs and maintain knowledge across all company services.
