Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries for EduCADD courses
Counsel students on CAD and IT skill development programs:
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable career-oriented courses:
Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups:
Provide career guidance and growth roadmap to students
Explain course details, fees, duration, and placement prospects:
Support students during the admission and enrollment process:
Maintain student database and follow-up records:
Coordinate with trainers and management for student progress tracking:
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement
