Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist in day-to-day operational tasks. The role involves supporting team members, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading materials
Support staff in daily operational activities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Handle and move items safely as per instructions
Follow safety guidelines and company policies
Perform basic tasks as assigned by supervisors
Help in packing, sorting, and labeling (if required)

Requirements:
Basic education (10th/12th preferred)
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Honest, punctual, and disciplined

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in similar role (optional)
Basic understanding of workplace safety

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
