About the Role:
As a Telecaller at Zonixtec IT Services Pvt. Ltd., you will handle outbound calls, qualify leads, and support the sales team by setting up meetings with potential B2B clients. You will play a key role in generating business prospects for IT services such as website development, custom software, CRM, and ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Make cold calls to potential B2B clients and follow up on marketing leads
Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on company services
Schedule meetings and demos for sales and technical teams
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Stay updated on company services to handle client queries effectively




Share feedback and insights from calls to improve sales strategies

Skills & Qualifications:
6 months - 1 year experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi:
Solid listening and problem-identification skills
High resilience and positive attitude while handling rejection
Graduate in Business, IT, or related field:
Basic understanding of IT services (preferred)
Target-driven with solid interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
