Job Summary:
We are hiring Telecalling Executives for Home Loan / Credit Card process. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their requirements, and connecting interested clients to the concerned team for further processing.

This is not a field job. It is an in-office telecalling profile.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Introduce home loan / credit card services
Identify if the customer is looking for financial products
Understand basic requirement and eligibility
Transfer or assign interested customers to the concerned team
Maintain call records and daily follow-up data
Achieve daily calling targets

Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
Telecalling / BFSI experience preferred
Freshers with good communication can also apply
Comfortable with target-based setting
Basic computer knowledge
