Role Overview

As a Wine Server, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, refined wine experience to guests inside luxury retail environments. You are not just serving wine — you are curating a moment of sophistication, elegance, and class.

Key Responsibilities
Serve wine with perfect etiquette, posture, and precision
Present bottles with confidence, including:
Label presentation
Opening with finesse
Controlled pouring (no spills, no overfill)
Maintain glassware perfection (spotless, premium handling)
Understand and explain:
Basic wine types (red, white, rosé, sparkling)
Taste profiles (dry, sweet, fruity, bold, etc.)
Recommend wines based on guest preferences
Ensure luxury-level body language, tone, and communication
Maintain hygiene, grooming,



and uniform standards at all times
Coordinate with the service team for seamless guest experience

Requirements:
Prior experience in fine dining / luxury café / hotel / wine service preferred
Basic wine knowledge (training will be provided if attitude is robust)
Excellent communication skills (Hindi + basic English required, polished English preferred)
Strong personality with confidence and elegance
Ability to handle high-end clientele professionally
