Role Objective

The Creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with brand strategy, enhances audience engagement, and supports marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms.

This role requires a robust balance of creative thinking, technical execution, and content awareness,



with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling assets.

Key Responsibilities1. Video Production & Editing
Edit and produce high-quality video content for:
Instagram Reels and Stories
YouTube Shorts and long-form content
Promotional and branded content
Structure videos with explicit storytelling, pacing, and engagement flow
Create strong opening hooks and maintain viewer retention throughout the content
Incorporate subtitles, sound design, transitions, and motion elements
Adapt raw footage into multiple content formats suitable for different platforms
Maintain consistency in tone, visual style, and brand identity
Graphic Design & Visual Asset Creation
Design high-quality creatives for:
Social media posts and carousels
Thumbnails and promotional banners
Marketing and campaign visuals
Develop layouts that reflect solid visual hierarchy, balance, and readability
Ensure brand cons
