Sales Excellence: Drive individual and counter sales targets. Actively engage with walk-in customers to convert footfall into sales through suggestive selling and upselling.
Customer Experience: Provide a premium shopping experience by maintaining high standards of service, addressing queries, and building a loyal customer base.
Inventory & Visual Merchandising: Ensure the counter is always well-stocked, organized, and follows BHPC’s visual merchandising guidelines.
Product Expertise: Deeply understand the fabric types (Pima cotton, blends, weaves) and garment construction to educate customers on quality and fit.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor brands (e.g., U.S. Polo Assn., Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste) regarding their pricing, latest collections, and offers.
Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, stock registers, and customer feedback logs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
