Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Visualforce.
Build advanced and responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Design and implement solutions in Service Cloud including Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge.
Create and maintain Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Reports/Dashboards.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform code reviews, testing (unit testing with minimum 85% coverage), and deployment using change sets or DevOps tools.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Robust proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, schedulable).
Experience in building complex Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Working knowledge of Service Cloud features
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.

Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
