Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Craft and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire top creative talent, from social media gurus to design wizards and wordsmiths.
Employer Branding: Create job descriptions that not only inform but excite, showcasing our brand to attract the industry’s brightest.
Team Development: Beyond hiring, support the ongoing development of our team by aligning recent hires with our social media guidelines and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, particularly in recruiting for creative roles and Sales hiring.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive both independently and within a fast-paced,



collaborative environment.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
