B.Com / M.Com / MBA - Finance (Commerce graduate or postgraduate)

Responsibilities -

Solid analytical skills
Robust PTP (Procure-to-Pay) domain expertise and accounting knowledge
Proven experience in managing large teams (100+ FTEs)
Ability to identify process gaps and drive improvement opportunities
Solid review and control mechanism knowledge
Operational Responsibilities
Ensure all Delivery/Group Lead deliverables are completed on time, fully compliant with relevant standards and policies, and accurately reported
Ensure adherence to all SLA and KPI targets
Handle quality control activities and support internal/external audits
Prepare and review dashboards for performance metrics and service levels
Support teams with AP/AR domain knowledge as required
Leadership & Escalation Management




Manage escalations effectively and maintain high client satisfaction
Participate in all strategic decision-making discussions with the customer
Look for business opportunities to enable revenue growth
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
Actively engage in Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve process performance
Drive transformation through process simplification, automation, and cost optimization
Demonstrate a robust mindset and zeal for continuous improvement
