Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and executing monthly social media content calendars
Coordinate with design and video teams for creatives, reels, and stories
Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Monitor comments, messages, and queries and ensure timely responses
Support influencer outreach, coordination, and tracking deliverables
Track content performance and maintain basic analytics reports
Stay updated with social media trends and suggest recent content ideas
Support contest execution, giveaways, and campaign activities
Maintain content repository and posting tracker
Coordinate internally for product samples required for shoots and collaborations

Requirements:
3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
Understanding of social media platforms and content formats
Basic knowledge of reels, short video formats, and trend-based content




Positive coordination and communication skills
Organized approach with ability to manage multiple tasks
Interest in kids/toy category will be an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
