Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through warm interaction, product knowledge, and attentive service
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to drive conversions and repeat business
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets with a proactive sales approach
Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and overall store hygiene
Handle billing, POS operations, and assist in inventory tracking
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records
Support stock management, replenishment, and store organization
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sales and customer interaction
Curious,



observant, and eager to learn about products and customers
Positive understanding of retail store operations and management
Ability to maintain daily sales reports and basic documentation
Presentable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Prior retail or sales experience preferred
