Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:Wedding Planning & Coordination:
Work with couples to understand their vision, budget, and preferences for their wedding.
Develop detailed event timelines, floor plans, and checklists.
Recommend resort wedding packages and customized event options.
Coordinate with external vendors (florists, photographers, decorators, musicians, etc.).
Oversee the setup and execution of ceremonies, receptions, and related events.
Address any last-minute issues to ensure a seamless event experience.

Guest & Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for couples and their families.
Conduct venue tours and meetings with potential clients.
Assist with guest accommodations, special requests, and VIP services.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Resort & Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with resort departments (F&B;, housekeeping, catering, etc.) for smooth operations.
Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements, menu selections, and décor.
Ensure compliance with resort policies,



contracts, and legal requirements.

Sales & Marketing Support:
Promote wedding packages and upsell additional resort services.
Maintain relationships with wedding industry specialists.
Attend wedding expos, networking events, and resort promotional activities.
Update wedding brochures, social media, and online platforms with event highlights.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2+ years in wedding planning, event coordination, or hospitality.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
Solid communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Knowledge of wedding trends, customs, and traditions.
Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
