JOB DESCRIPTION:
Attending outbound and inbound voice process.
Earning fixed salary, provident fund, incentives, appraisal, and growth.
Working on back-office helping customer enqueries, queries, pitching recent products, genrating new leads.
Focus on sales, support and solving queries escalation of the customers.
Doing follow-ups on appointment basis.
