Role Description

Qualifications
Solid Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a high-quality customer experience
Experience with Online Support and Customer Service to assist users through multiple communication channels
Ability to provide basic Technical Support for resolving issues related to the booking platform
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English languages is a plus
Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
