JD:
Assist project team in setting up a microbiology lab for regular testing of materials and independently run the microbiology lab.
Periodically audit manufacturing sites for plant hygiene. Assess potential areas and practices conducive to the growth of microorganisms and work out a plan and implement it to ensure a clean working setting.
Establish and implement testing protocol for testing incoming raw materials susceptible to microorganism contamination
Regularly screen incoming raw materials for possible microorganism contamination and report.
Regularly screen finish products susceptible to micro organism growth and approve the batch as per customer specification prior to dispatch
Liaise with customers to establish a positive manufacturing practice to control microorganism contamination in processed materials
Attend to product complaints on microbe growth in supplied materials, investigate the reasons and put in place control measures.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Qualification - BSc or MSc in Microbiology
Experience - minimum 5 Years
Industry exposure - Coatings, food, sanitation, water treatment units et al
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
