Role Description The Product Management Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the development and improvement of e-commerce products tailored for rural markets. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback, conducting market research, and helping define product requirements and feature enhancements.

The intern will collaborate with product managers, designers, and technical teams to document use cases, track progress on product initiatives, and contribute to product roadmaps.



Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, creating clear communication materials, and helping ensure that product decisions are aligned with the needs of rural users and local businesses.

Qualifications

- Solid interest and foundational knowledge in Product Management and Product Strategy.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and experience with data-driven problem solving.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct structured Market Research, including user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or rural/grassroots initiatives is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new digital tools.
