Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead Product Development and PLM activities from concept to production.

- Manage NPI, product changes, and engineering updates.

- Define product requirements and technical specifications.

- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking.

- Track product performance, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Operations teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 5-8 years of experience in Product Development, PLM, and NPI.

- Experience in Product Requirements Management and Product Performance Analysis.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or Engineering Services background preferred.

- Knowledge of SAP, Windchill, Teamcenter, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage.
