Job Summary
Product Architect IV, Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) provides product architecture leadership for complex automation and AI enabled products and value streams. This role aligns product strategy, business outcomes, technical architecture, and engineering execution to deliver scalable, secure, supportable, and reusable enterprise solutions.
The Product Architect partners with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to shape roadmaps, maintain the architectural runway, guide architecture decisions, and address technical debt. The role applies broad knowledge across applications, integration, data, automation, AI, security, and cloud architecture while remaining deeply engaged throughout delivery.
Working with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Security, platform, and Technology teams, this role ensures IPA products align with enterprise principles, reference architectures, governance practices, and strategic technology direction.
Ability to work on site in Bengaluru, India is a requirement of the role .
Mode of Working: This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. On site presence is expected for key engagements, with remote flexibility based on business needs and team alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product leadership and stakeholders to shape IPA product strategy, roadmaps, target architecture, investment opportunities, and measurable business outcomes.
- Define and maintain end to end product architectures spanning business processes, automation, AI capabilities, applications, integrations, data flows, security, cloud services, deployment, observability, and operational support.
- Build and maintain the architectural runway by identifying product enablers, shared capabilities, dependencies, lifecycle needs, and technical debt priorities.
- Guide architecture decisions through the enterprise architecture review framework, evaluating alternatives and tradeoffs across value, risk, scalability, cost,
governance, supportability, and long term sustainability.
- Promote reuse of approved platforms, enterprise capabilities, data assets, AI services, reference patterns, and shared integration services before introducing new components.
- Partner with delivery teams from discovery through production readiness, resolving technical roadblocks and ensuring architecture intent is reflected in implementation.
- Contribute reusable architecture patterns, standards, proof of concepts, and lessons learned to the architecture community of practice.
Skills and Background You'll Need Education: B.E. / B.Tech. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Experience:
- Typically requires 8 to 10 years of related technology experience, including 4 or more years in Product Architecture, Solution Architecture, Automation Architecture, or a related architecture role.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise automation solutions using a leading RPA platform, with UiPath experience strongly preferred.
- Experience shaping product or value stream architecture, roadmaps, architectural runway, technical enablers, and architecture decisions across multiple systems or delivery teams.
- Experience with enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, distributed systems, security considerations, governance, and operational support models.
- Experience leveraging enterprise data platforms, AI services, and modern technology capabilities to deliver intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience with Intelligent Document Processing and document centric automation is strongly desired. Working knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging automation technologies is expected.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred.

- Strong product and solution architecture expertise across automation, integrations, AI capabilities, data platforms, security, cloud, and enterprise technologies.
- Deep understanding of Intelligent Automation, RPA platforms, integrations, APIs, and modern technology architectures, with the ability to make sound architecture decisions.
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence technical direction and translate complex needs into scalable, supportable products.
Preferred Technologies
- UiPath Platform, including Studio, Orchestrator, IXP, Document Understanding, Integration Service, Agents, Maestro, Insights, and Automation Ops.
- Copilot Studio, Databricks, REST and SOAP APIs, enterprise integration technologies, cloud platforms, Generative AI, and Agentic AI platforms.
