Role Description This is a full-time, in office Procurement Executive role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Procurement

Executive will manage end-to-end sourcing and purchasing of materials, fixtures and services required for interior projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality and timely availability. Daily responsibilities include identifying and evaluating suppliers, requesting and reviewing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms and preparing purchase orders in line with project budgets and timelines. The role also involves close coordination with project managers, site teams and vendors to track deliveries,



resolve supply issues and maintain accurate records of orders, inventory and vendor performance.

The Procurement

Executive will support continuous improvement in procurement processes and contribute to building a reliable supplier network that aligns with YPI’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in vendor sourcing, supplier evaluation and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess skills in purchase order creation, cost analysis and basic contract negotiation.
- Candidates should possess skills in inventory tracking, materials planning and coordination with project and site teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, data entry accuracy and use of MS Office or ERP tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, teamwork and time management to handle multiple projects.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in procurement within interiors, construction, furniture or fit-out projects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and visit vendor locations or project sites as required.
