Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for ICT and digital transformation projects.
- Prepare procurement plans, RFPs, bid documents, and evaluation frameworks.
- Support transaction advisory and bid management activities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, government agencies, consultants, and vendors.
- Facilitate vendor selection, contract negotiation, and project onboarding.
Preferred Skills
- Robust understanding of public procurement frameworks and tendering processes.
- Experience in Smart Cities, ICT infrastructure, digital governance, and technology-led projects.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale government or public-sector projects.
