Role Overview
We are looking for Telecallers to support our UK outbound lead generation process. The role involves speaking with potential customers, sharing basic information, and identifying interested prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers (UK process)
Introduce services and collect basic customer information
Identify interested leads and update records
Maintain call logs and follow company process
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling / BPO (freshers can also apply)
Basic to positive English communication skills
Comfortable with calling role
Ability to work in evening shift
Shift & Schedule
Timing: 1:40 PM - 10:40 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekend off)
Salary
₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
