Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate information.
Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
Maintain records of sales, stock, and customer details.
Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and feedback.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and service.
Help maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is organized.
Support digital platforms such as online listings, leads, or social media inquiries if required.
Requirements:
Intermedia qualification.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
