Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify automation prospects.
Lead the development and deployment of RPA bots across platforms.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best practices.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimisation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to RPA developers.
Maintain documentation and support change management processes.
Proven experience as an RPA Architect or Senior RPA Developer.
Hands-on expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.
At least 10 years of experience in UiPath.
Solid understanding of process design, workflow automation, and integration.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
