You will help consultants find jobs by connecting with vendors, companies, and clients.
You will search for job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.
You will match the consultant’s skills with job requirements and send their profiles to companies.
You will stay in touch with consultants to check their availability and interview readiness.
You will schedule interviews and follow up for feedback.
You will maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, and progress.
You will build good relationships with consultants and vendors.
You will guide consultants to choose the right job based on their skills.
You will help in salary/offer discussions and closing job opportunities.
You will make sure all documents are complete before sending profiles.

Required Skills:
Good communication skills (spoken and written)
Basic English speaking ability




Basic knowledge of recruitment or sales is a plus (not required)
Knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, or MS Excel is helpful
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and grow
